How do I find out if my father had a Will?

If so, when should there be a reading of it? I know my father had assets property and a business in which my brother and father’s girlfriend have taken charge of.

I am so sorry for your loss.  If your Father had a Will and it has been filed with out your knowledge - or an intestacy proceeding (where there is no Will) has been filed - you can check in the Probate court in the county in which your Father resided at the time of his death.  If your brother is running the business I am thinking that he either had some form of ownership rights to do so or the court granted him rights to do so. It may be time to hire an attorney.  Good luck.
