How do I file of writ of execution?
I have a judgement filed with the court against a tinting company that damaged my vehicle. I don’t know where to go from here and the clerk of court is not being helpful. I don’t know how to proceed – the instructions from smalls claims indicate a Writ of Execution needs to be filed – but I don’t know how to do this. I found the instructions to fill out and file a judgement lien certificate – can I do this instead of a writ of execution?

If you have a judgment against a person or entity and want to do a writ of execution, you need to complete the following documents: notice of levy, writ of execution, memorandum of garnishee, memorandum of costs post judgment.
