I am so sorry for your loss. You mean that you wish to disclaim your inheritance. Generally speaking, it must be done in writing and within 9 months of the dateg of death. Has there bee a probate proceeding filed? Then you should writen the letter under the probate court index number and file it with the court. Good luck.
