We bought our home together but only my name is on the deed.

In Massachusetts, you will need to record a deed from you to you and your sister.  You should consult a lawyer on this matter because you should consider if you want to create a right of survivorship.  In addition, you should talk to a lawyer about a declaration of homestead for protection against creditors.
