You can do several things. First, there are online sites in most localities that you can access; there you can look up whether or not a warrant was issued against you. You may also be able to contact the court in question to ask. Finally, you could hire an attorney in the area to check on this for you. The fact is that, if a warrant was issued, you will need to take care of this ASAP. This is the type of thing that can turn up in an employment background check or the like. Having a local attorney handle this for you would be best but you will also most likely need to return to the jurisdiction in question.
