You need to contact Children and Youth Services and see what can be done to help you with this child with behavior modification, therapy, any special evaluations and then signing rights. This is not automatic and truly not something that would necessarily be in the best interest of the child. You need to speak with counselors and lawyers to figure out your next steps and what would be feasible.
