How can I resolve a suspended license ticket without showing up to court

I have caught a no license and no insurance ticket I
missed court and Im out of town but I have the
money to send for the infractions how can I resolve
this matter

You already know what to do: write the judge and ask that you be allowed to plea by mail. Unlike parking tickets, there is no right to automatically be able to plea and pay by mail; for an infraction like this, you need judicial permission.
