How can I obtain my deceased brother’s medical records from a doctor’s office?

My brother’s death was certified by his primary doctor as natural causes after he died at home and it should have been viewed as a suspicious death.

I am so sorry for your loss.  In order to be able to obtan his record legally you would have to be appointed as the executor or personal representative of his estate.  Then you can execute an authorization for the release of the records.  Good luck.
