If your father had a Will, then you are entitled to see a copy of it. This is due to the fact that as a child you are someone would have inherited if there had there been no Will (pursuant to something known as "intestate succession"). Accordingly, since whether or not there is a Will affects your rights, you have a stake or "standing". in the matter This then gives you the right to bring a legal action to view your father's Will. However, you should be aware that you may not have been named in the Will; the fact is that a parent can disinherit a child. Also, if his Will has been already been admitted to probate, then it is now a matter of public record so you can get a copy from the court.
