How can I get spouse’s SSN to file for divorce when she won’t give it to me?

I really do not believe that you need your spouse's social security number in order to file a petition for a marital dissolution under the laws of all states in this country for the simple reason that social security numbers are demed confidential, and ordinarily they are not attached to documents filed with the court.

If you actually need your spouse's social security number, I suggest that you review past filed tax returns that you and the spouse submitted. The social security numbers will be in those documents.
