I am so sorry for your loss and for the situation. More details are eally needed here as to what is going on but has anyone been appointed as the personal representative of your Mother's estate? Is her hisband still alive? Some one should be appointed and then they would have the authoirty to act on behalf of the estate. And you would be able to make a claim against the estate for the property that is yours. Good luck.
