How can I get my daughter’s license reinstated after being sued from an auto accident that I had while driving her vehicle without her permission?
I was driving a vehicle that was in her name but she didnt know because I wasn’t allowed since I didn’t have a driver’s license. Her and I are both being sued and now they suspended her license and registration. I don’t think that’s right considering I wasn’t suppose to be driving her vehicles and didn’t have her permission
