How canI get an emergency custody hearing/order?
I gave custody to the paternal grandmother because I was enlisting into the army I am no longer going and want to change the custody order. We both went to mediation and she disagreed on giving me back custody, so now we have to go to court but that’s not for another 6 weeks. My daughter is only 6 months and I don’t want her to forget me and the grandmother is not allowing me to visit her. I want to get an earlier court date. So I want to get an emergency custody hearing/order from what i have told you can I get one?
