How can I get a divorce with limited to no income?

I am married and want to divorce my husband. We have been separated since January, and I had a child in September he claims to not be his. I know the child is his. How can I get a divorce and get him to pay for the paternity test for the child with little to no income?

Since money is an issue, you can try Legal Aid. Also, check if there is a law school nearby to where you live as they typically run free/low cost clinics that handle these type cases. Additionally, you can call the local bar association in your county; they may have a list of attorneys who will take your case "pro bono" (for free) or at least for a reduced fee based on your income/circumstances. Also, google to find a women's support group in your area, they can usually provide a list of attorneys who can help. Finally, you can contact your state's Department of Social Services, they may be able to refer you to free legal services.
