How are the monies to be paid in an estate sale?
If there are 4 siblings that are selling and estate home and only 2 paid to maintain it
for the past 5 yrs are the 2 entitled to get all there monies spent including tolls and
gas.

If that is what you all agree to then that is what you can do. The maintenance of the home is a claim against the estate proceeds. Those that paid out will file a claim with the estate for payment. If you all agree then that is fine. Good luck.
