Home being sold in auction. After house is sold, how long do I have to vacate?

Home is in Southern California. Date of sale is June, 3 2009.

Well, it depends.  Do you still have your right to redeem? Are you going to try to redeem?

If not, then it depends on how long the mortgage company has to send in the sheriff's notice for eviction.
