Most juvenile records are sealed in cases such as this. Additionally, even if you were an adult at the time of the incident, your record would now be clear. That is becasue with diversion you initially plead guilty to a charge but if your probation is succesfully completed, then the plea is withdrawn and your case is dismissed. There is no conviction of record. Additionaly, records of the arrest are cleared from your criminal history record.

To be sure that this was all done, you can order a copy of your rap sheet and check. Contact your local police for information on how to do this or you can find out on-line in most places.
