If my wife and I live together in an apartment, can she kick me out without giving me a reasonable time frame to find a new place?

We’ve lived together in the apartment for 8 months. I’m not listed on the lease agreement. We are now seperating.

Given what you have written where you are not on the lease for the unit that you occupy, it would be entirely within your spouse's right to demand that you vacate the unit should she deaire. Given what you have written, you might wish to consult with a family law attorney for assistance.
