If I’m a partner with 35 % share in a LLP and an employee is not following my directions, what are my rights to terminate them?
My other partners (2) are ok with him, however I told him to leave. Can they stop me? Can I succeed? He is teaming up with them.

The other two partners own 65% of the LLP; between them, they have a majority of the business. Unless there is a management agreement setting up some different way to make decisions, majority rules: if 65% of the ownership want to keep him, they can do so.
