If I’m green card holder living in the US and my mother and sister are living in Syria in very bad situation because of the civil war and my sister has epilepsy, is there any way that I can request a refugee status for them?

She can’t get a good health care out there not to mention the lack of medication because the war.

She would need to apply for refugee status on her own.  You cannot apply for them.  Even though the situation is very bad in Syria and some refugees will be allowed to enter the US, every case will be reviewed on its own merits on the basis of the documentation submitted.
