What to do about personal property left behind by a tenant?
I have given my tenants a 3 day notice but I let them stay until the end of the month. They’ve moved out but have left part of a storage shed on my property. What do I have to do to get rid of it? And can I make them pay rent while it’s here, as the RV spot is unrentable until its gone?

The best way to resolve the issue of the storage shed owned by your former tenants that they left behind on your rental is to call and write them a note (keeping a copy for future use and need) advsing them about the need to remove it by a certain date and time and if not, then you will consider it abandoned and dispose of it yourself.
If the due date for its removal comes and goes and if the item is worth less than $300 in your opinion, then you can dispose of it any way you deem fit.
