How do I establish the true amount of income that my child’s father receives?

My child father is $9200 in arrears and currently incarcerated. He file to decrease his child support but owns a 2 family house which I obtain the deed. The judge wants to grant the modification to decrease the child support unless I can prove he has income coming to him from the property he owns. How do I establish that? Don’t know where to start. Can someone help me?

The way to establish income of your child's father is to subpoena his tax returns and subpoena all tenants that he has for leases and income paid with respect to rental owned. Given what you have written, I suggest that you may want to consult with a family law attorney to assist you in the endeavor that you have written about.
