What to do about the extension of an R1 visa?
I am helping a pastor to request US Immigration to extend his R1 visa. He travels back and forth from Japan to the US. To verify that he stayed in the US. I have been requested by USCIS to submit previous copies of I-94 Form (front and back) from 5 years ago April through May of this year. I believe the pastor turned in the I-94 Forms each time in leaving the US. So can I submit copies of passport pages with Admission stamps(with entry date and R1. I am afraid some of the stamps are not legible?
