Health Insurance payment

I was ordered by the courts one year ago to pay by ex wife’s health insurance, which I have been doing. I recently found out that she is now on full disability. Do I have to continue paying her insurance since I would now assume she has disability insurnace?

The two things are separate: full disability means you are paid a certain amount of money each month as compensation for being disabled and being unable to work; however, a person on disability can (and presumably will) still have medical bills, and disability does not pay those. She still needs the health insurance, and disability insurance is no substitute for it. Therefore, while you can ask the court to let you stop paying, it is almost certain you will continue to have to do so.
