Full name disclosed to others

My home builder disclosed my full name and email to other buyers on a email CC. I can see there names and email however I did not wish to be disclosed to others. Purchase agreement and deposit made already. Is this legal?

There is no law against disclosing your name and email address (or phone number, or physical) address to any other persons; anyone can disclose any other person's name and contact information to anyone they choose, unless they had signed a confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement. If they violate a signed agreement, they could potentially, if any harm thereby resulted, be sued for breach of contract. But without a signed confidentiality agreement, the disclosure is legal, regardless of your wishes.
