FSBO & then Realtor gets deal question?

I had my home on the market FSBO for a few months & had several potential buyers come through the house. I also had a few offers that I did not take at the time. I just put it on the maket less than a week ago with Realtor. We now have an offer from one of the same people that offered before when it was FSBO. What are my rights and do I have to pay Seller’s Agent Comm if this was initally my customer?? Or is it up to the agnecy??

Depends on what your contract states.  If it states yoru realtor gets a commission no matter what, then you are out of luck, regardless of whose "customer" or "potential customer" it was first.
