Left an RV sitting in someones yard and
their home was forclosed without my
notice. I have the title and I cant see
how it has any legal value to anyone
other than me? I am just unsure if I can
get it back from a bank nonetheless?

First, contact the bank, explain the situation to them, and send them proof of title; they should let you retrieve it. Foreclosing on the home gives them NO right to any other person's property located at that home, and they should know that.
If they will not voluntarily let you have the RV, you can bring a legal action for it--contact the clerk of the county court where the RV is located for instructions. The court should allow you to get it on proof of your ownership.
