If I was convicted of 3 felonies 17 years ago but no sentence was imposed, is this the same or similar as a “no disposition”?
No sentence was imposed on count 2 (the court recordstated that “You were not sentenced on count 2”). Can it be used as a “prior offense” on a scoresheet now? All supervision completed for other 2 counts 6 years ago.

Unfortunately for you just because you were not sentenced for your prior felonies does not mean that there was no disposition under the laws of all states in this country. The prior conviction can be used as a "prior offense" on your criminal score sheet.
