Can I sue a customer for harassment if they have for no good reason disputed a credit card charge?

I do granite countertops; I did a lady’s tops. At first she was happy. Then weeks later she filed a compliant with the BBB. They sided with me saying that I have gone above and beyond. However, now she is disputing the credit card charge and so a hold was put on my account. They want all this information which is no problem but time is consuming.

You probably would fail unless you believe you can show that she is doing this for improper or malicious reasons, and not because of a good-faith belief on her part--even a mistaken belief; the issue is not whether she is correct, but whether she honestly believes in what she is doing--that your charge was excessive, or improper, or that you did not due the work you'd promised to a commerially acceptable level of quality. Only if her motives are bad might you win a harassment suit.
