I was fired from my employer for no reason . my employer told me to go home and i told them i was going to get a lawyer and try to sue them the emplyer because i come to work everyday on time and do my job .

Unless this action violated the terms of a union agreement/employment contract or constitutes some form of actionable discrimination, it was legal. The fact is that in an "at will" work relationship an employee can be fired for any reason or no reason at all with or without notice.
