father property after being dead for 43 years…

My father was killed 43 years ago and my grandmother took over his land because I was only 3 when my father was killed. Now my grandmother have passed and my father siblings are not wanting to give me my father land. How do I get the my father property back?

If the title companies will accept the heirship affidavit, then title should be perfected in your name....but usually, for a title transfer this old to be perfected, you need to file a probate to have a court officially declare the property your's.
