eviction noticed given for 5 days after i told the owner I would be moving in two weeks do I have to move in 5 days.

My husband and I bought a house in oklahoma the seller gave us early possession. We put in our contract that we could back out of the deal at any time if our current house did not sell and we could not secure the loan. We also put a 1000.00 up in escrow. We had to give notice we would be moving out at theend of the month and would give the escrow money to the owner for may rent. two weeks before move out she leaves us and eviction notice to be out in 5 days for being 5dasys late on rent even though we are giving her the escrow money. do we have to move in 5days or can we stay the 2 weeks

This is a duplicate question.  The fact that you were five days late on the rent might make a difference, but it might not -- please refer back to my answer to your earlier question, because even with this additional fact, the same paperwork and law have to be considered here.
