i was told I have the job and the company sent me email stating so, but 22 weeks before start they said my position is no longer needed. I quit my job and was ready to move, do I have case to sue the company, for lost income, stress, and lying to me

You may have a claim under a equitable theory or liability called promissory estoppel. Under this theory of liablility, a court may award you monetary damages against the employer as a result of making a promise that induced you to act (i.e. prepare to move and quit your job). Based on the circumstances it was reasonable for you to rely on their promise as they said you had the job. Plus, you acted to your detriment by quitting and preparing to move. I suggest compiling all your montary losses from not being employed and/or preparing to move and hire a lawyer in the state the employer is located. Tell the lawyer your theory as i explained. There may be other, but this may be a good start based on the little facts i have.
