What are my rights if during a recent state of emergency due to weather our employer required every one to report to work?

Management was not present during the 3 days I worked nor was there lodging or meals provided for the staff who were required to stay. What is the facility’s responsibility in this regard?

They have no respsonsibility to provide meals or lodging or any other compensaton or reimbursement for this, and managment is, unfortunately, allowed to be hypocritial and not show up. They also have the right to ask employees to report to work even during extreme weather, etc. conditions.
