If during my divorce if I’m found to be not the biological father of my children, am I financially responsible for them?

Although the general rule is that you are not responsible to support children tht are not your own, some times the court will indeed make you financially responsible until some one else takes your place.  You need to discuss what precedent there is in the case law in your state for these instances with your attorney.  Good luck.
