First of all, I am so sorry for your position. Unfortunately, you may wish to contact a lawyer. Once your daughter is an adult, there are truly no legal rights to visitation.  The issue you remember is very similar to those in the news in the past few years.  Contact a lawyer and see if the fear of litigation can help you.
