Does my neighbor have legal right to look over the wall into my backyard?
She looked into my yard and made false accusations about how i am taking care of my dog. I don’t appreciate that she made the accusations but i definitely dot like looking into my yard invading my privacy. And she does not have a balcony to b on too look over.

Under the laws of all states in this country, IF your neighbor is lawfully on her property she can look over the presumed common wall that you share with her into your backyard.
Under the law, you do not have any justifiable expectation of privacy when a person looks into your back yard from a vantage point not on your property.
