Does a employer have to pay available vacation time when you leave your job?

I worked TN. My paystub showed 120 available hours.

In TN, an employer is not required to provide its workers with pay for earned but unused vacation time. That having been said, if an employer chooses to provide such a benefit, it must comply with the terms of its established policy or any applicable employment contract/union agreement.
