Does a company have to pay vacation pay after you quit?

I was offered another job and still had 26 hours of
vacation left do are they required to pay me for that
time. What do I need to do to get my last paycheck

In OH, absent company policy, an employment contract or union agreemnt to the contrary, accrued vacation is considered an earned benefit that a worker is legally entitlement to. Accordingly, their right to pay for unused vacation will survive their resignation and payment will be owed.
