Do we have grounds for a personal injury lawsuit against a local night club regarding a fight?
I was recently at a local night club when an altercation broke out. Security escorted my party and the other outside almost simultaneously. Once outside another fight broke out in the parking lot of the night club and one of my friends was stabbed multiple times. Does he have a right to go after the nightclub?
