First be concerned this is your second charge of shoplifting.  Why?

If you are on probation, why did you shoplift again? If this is an issue for you, seek some help.

Now, in terms of your criminal violations: you may not get bond and your probation may be revoked if there was a second violation soon after the first violation.

You should speak with your public defender.  Otherwise, contact private counsel at www.attorneypages.com.
