Do I have to work for free?
I get paid straight commission as a pest tech. I was hired to run a route that trippled in size once the company stopped paying salary. I am commission so I don’t get paid for drive time now,. What are my options?

You don't have any options other than to look for other employment. Employers do not need to pay straight-commision employees for their driver time (or for other non-productive, non-selling time, like filing out sales reports or attending meetings). Even if the job is now less economically worthwhile for you, they are still allowed to pay you only your commission.
