Do I have to wait to file an annulment while pregnant

Me and my husband are getting an
annulmen. I went up there to reschedule
an appointment and they told me I
needed to wait til after the baby. Do I
have to wait and what documents do I
need to proceed with casr. We haven’t
been married long and while we waiting
will we still qualify for the annulment
it would we have to get s divorce

You can file for an annulment or a divorce at this time, however, you will not be able to finalize your annulment or divorce until the baby is born and final determination of paternity can be made.  The process starts with the filing of a petition.  A copy of the petition will need to be served on your husband.
