Do I have to let my ex see my son?
There is no court ordered visitation, he isn’t on birth certificate and he won’t disclose his address? We were never married.

Generally speaking, if you were never married and there is no orde of custody or visitation in place only YOU are the legal guardian of your son. If there comes a time when he tries to establish custody and visitation then you make sure that his address is disclosed and limitations are set. Good luck.
