Do I have separate Wills if I have property in 2 different states?
I have property in both states. I have been told that I needed lawyers in both states to draft up a Will. Can one will suffice?

No, you do not need two separate Wills. One Will will suffice. What will happen though is that an ancillary proceeding will have to be begun in the state in which you do not legally reside and the other property is located. I would suggest that you speak with an estate planner and another attorney here. Good luck.
