Do I have to continue paying rent if my landlord has not paid his property taxes?
My landlord has not paid his property taxes and the property is up for auction.

Until the landlord actually no longer owns the property, you have to pay your rent to him. After he no longer owns it, you would pay your rent to whomever purchased the property at auction. The person who buys it at auction may be able to terminate your tenancy, though likely not immediately--but if you don't pay him/her, they will be able to promptly seek to evict for nonpayment of rent.
