Do I have the right to see an ex-husband’s Will?
My ex-husband told me that he was leaving me a portion of the sale of his home after his death. Do I have the right to see his Will?

Since you no longer have a legal relationship with your ex-husband, you have no right to see his Will. If you were listed as a beneficiary, then the executor of the estate will notify you. Also, if the Will has been submitted for probate, then it is now a matter of public record which means that you (or anyone else for that matter) can obtain a copy of it from the court for a nominal fee.
