do i get reimbursed for using my personnal vehicle to haul company materials and equipment to jobs?

i would pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them
to jobs, i was not getting paid hourly for doing this.

1) What you describe is work--that is, if you are an hourly employee, you must be paid for the time you spend doing this: picking up, transporting, etc. materials for your employer is definitely work time. If not paid for your time, you could file a wage complaint with the department of labor, and/or sue the employer for the money.
2) The employer is allowed to, but is not required, to reimburse you for gas or mileage--it is voluntary to reimburse, so if they choose to not reimburse you, you can't make them.
3) However, you may be able to get a tax deduction for the mileage you drive doing this. Keep records of your mileage and provide to your tax preparer.
