If my husband purchased the house before we were married but added my name to the deed during the marriage, am I entitled to a settlement from the house?

In most cases, this would be considered a gift from your husband to you, of an interest in the house, and that makes the house part of the marital property to be divided in the divorce.
How that would work in your case will depend on a number of things, including the rest of the assets and debts and how much each of you earns.
