Divorce or no divorce

My parents have been together 22 years in Texas.
My dad is now trying to kick my mother and two of
her four kids out. Is this legal or not. They have lived
together and everything for 22 years

Unless and until there is a legal separation agreement or final decree of divoce that states who has the exclusive occupancy of the premises, it remains the "joint marital residence". This meas that both your father and mother have the legal right to live there, no matter whose name the deed/lease may be in.
